Required Skills

To qualify, you must possess:

  • Experience of IT Strategy, IT Architecture, Requirements Analysis, System Selection and Testing
  • Experience of defining and governing complex enterprise architectures to enable business strategy.
    o Knowledge of the following is advantageous:
    o Zachman Framework, TOGAF, Metis, System Architect
  • A graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Full travel mobility
  • A track record of managing and delivering large projects and teams
  • The proven ability to generate sales and develop business through leading bids, proposals and negotiations
  • Strong commercial awareness

As the principal technical authority on multiple projects rather than just one, you’ll be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions. You’ll also assume real ownership of client relationships as you help them transform their IT strategy.

At the same time, you’ll help build the wider practice by mentoring consultants and manager in your division, and playing a key role in the development of new business. The role also provides exceptional opportunities for progression to Partner level.

The role involves: 

  • Managing and delivering key transformation programmes focusing on managing the definition of requirements, selecting and architecting appropriate technology solutions, advising CIO’s on enterprise architecture.
  • Leading engagements and managing key client stakeholders
  • Controlling overall project progress, budgets and deliverables
  • Developing new sales opportunities by promoting company capabilities and managing client relationships.
