Client Description

This growing division of a highly reputable management consultancy is currently looking to increase headcount by 5 experienced hires ranging from Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers.
The primary focus of the role will be working on client projects, using a combination of management and technical skills to support the engagement director. The level of responsibility will vary dependant the grade of the successful applicant.

Required Skills

Data Management brings rigor to the collection, transformation, storage and dissemination of information in the organisation. A Consultants primary focus will be on the delivery of client work – you will play a defined role within a team, contributing to major deliverables or ownership for smaller deliverables (this depends on your grade). You will collect, transform and disseminate information working with Basel II, AML, Data Migration, Master Data Management and SQL Server.
The background for the role is as follows: Degree qualified (1st or Upper 2nd), thorough knowledge of 1 or more Business Intelligence products, primarily Cognos or Hyperion. Other technical skills considered include: Excel Modelling, SQL Server, Informatica, Cartesis, Applix TM1, Business Objects, Ascential product suite, Ab Initio, Trillium & Avellino, Oracle Warehouse Builder AND/OR Experian.

Job Role

The role requires Consultants with commercial awareness and functional skills coupled with technical knowledge, someone who can engage with clients to successfully deliver Business Intelligence projects. Senior Managers will have to have a proven background with driving and developing consultancy revenue. It is an absolute must you have excellent client facing communication skills.
