Engagement Managers/Project Implementation Managers will have the opportunity to help our customers rapidly implement innovative web software solutions within the Software-as-a-Service Market. The company is a leading SaaS Consultancy within the UK market, providing consulting & implementation through their own unique project methodologies.
This includes designing customer solutions, managing key customer relationships, helping configure and build the solutions, driving project schedules, managing project resources and budgets. We need of highly motivated, hands-on project managers who can learn quickly, grow with the company, and look forward to the challenge of delighting our customers and building our business.
The Engagement Manager positions will report directly to the VP of Professional Services and will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and Company team members in services, sales, and product development.
Required Skills
Requirements:
Strong software technology experience with web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eBusiness applications or CRM applications.
Software experience in Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM, Sage CRM, Microsoft CRM (Dynamics) and other packages all relevant.
Specific knowledge or experience implementing Salesforce.com would be beneficial
Delivery of CRM implementations and proficient in web based programming languages/technology (HTML, Javascript, XML, PERL, PYTHON, XSLT)
Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
Strong project management skills
BS/MS in engineering or computer science preferred
Job Role
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage key customer relationships at all levels, including executive and senior management.
You will be helping to close deals with customers alongside the Sales Director/VP of EMEA
Manage project schedule, resources, communication and budgets.
Facilitate project definition sessions and document project requirement in a SOW of work to be approved by customer.
Work with customers to define their product lines for entry into the Company product specification engine.
Help build customer solution using Company innovative web software platform
