Job Role

As a resourcer you will be required to carry out the following:

*Business Development - We train in a soft sell approach which develops confidence and market knowledge

*Telephone based selling

*Sourcing & Procurement of candidates through various mediums, including Linkedin, Facebook, Monster, eCademy etc etc

*Face2Face Interviewing and candidate screening

*You must be professional, organised with attention to detail

*You must be articulate with a good command of written and spoken English
