As a day-to-day client-leader, it is arguably your single most important responsibility to develop strong, professional client relations. It is crucial that clients regard you as their trusted adviser. At the same time, the companies Partners will be putting their trust in you as a project delivery expert, and will seek your full support in pursuing their commercial goals. Your team members, meanwhile, will view you as their prime source of professional and personal guidance. Being a Manager is a tall order.
Managers still work with a wide range of clients, typically at senior levels, on top management level issues. Such clients will regard you as a thought leader: you will need to be a well-rounded, experienced consultant first; a manager in the conventional sense only second.

At the Manager level we will be looking to capitalise on your particular strengths, both functionally and in your specialist sector(s), and will give you all the support you need to deliver to the maximum possible extent. You will steadily build your own senior profile of excellence, while drawing on the full breadth and depth of our generalist consulting practice.
