A fantastic opportunity for an established Salesforce CRM Consultant with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) backgrounds looking to move his career to the next level. Role based UK wide with travel to customer sites. There will be sales element to the position trying to secure new project opportunities and salesforce (SFDC) implementations.
Required Skills
At present we have a particular skills gap for Consultants with a background in successfull Salesforce CRM implementations, the following software would be helpful - Salesforce, ZOHO CRM, SAP, Sugar CRM and/or other hosted software. You should have previous experience in full lifecycle CRM implementation projects, excellent customer facing and clear communication skills. Ideally you should be from a Big5 Consultancy background looking for more stability with less travel whilst maintaining client facing responsibilities. Internal backgrounds will also be considered if you are a strong CRM user looking to move into a more client facing role.

Job Role
The CRM Consultant will be responsible for helping to manage clients in both pre and post sale environments. Consultants work directly with our clients managing projects which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, process engineering, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation and implementation. Candidates should have experience with CRM, background in SaaS, plus possess strong business, project management and client-facing skills.
